Kip McElwee

Kip has spent more than 20 years serving older adults through healthcare, senior services, education, and community leadership. In August 2026, she joined VillagesOKC as Executive Director, bringing her passion for purposeful aging and community connection to the organization. She is the founder and CEO of Signature Hospice of Oklahoma, a licensed Long-Term Care Administrator, and is currently building the nonprofit piece of her vision, Signature Senior Services.

Passionate about changing the way we think about aging, Kip is currently working with the State of Oklahoma on its Aging Our Way initiative and is actively involved in efforts that strengthen connections, resources, and opportunities for older Oklahomans. She firmly believes in timing, connection, and, most of all, purpose.

Kip and her husband treasure time with their children and granddaughter. Family, faith, and serving others are at the heart of both her life and her work.
