Eddie Roach

Eddie graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1976 with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. He spent the next 41 years working in a variety of print and online communications positions, much of that time at The Oklahoman newspaper.

When he retired in 2017, he was the Digital Director of Content and Analytics, supervising content creators and providing digital performance data to stakeholders company-wide. This included two websites: the free NewsOK.com and the pay-per-view Oklahoman.com.

Since retirement, he has actively pursued freelance opportunities as a writer and editor. An avid reader of police and courtroom procedural novels, he has read most of Michael Connelley’s books, including the Lincoln Lawyer and Harry Bosch series.
